Hier beschrijven we een protocol om antifungale activiteit van primaire menselijke immuuncellen te beoordelen in real-time met behulp van fluorescente Aspergillus reporter conidia in combinatie met live-cell video microscopie en flowcytometrie. Gegenereerde data inzicht in gastheer Aspergillus cel-interacties zoals fungicide werking, fagocytose, celmigratie remming van de schimmelgroei.
