Detta protokoll ger en metod för insamling av mus embryonala stamceller (Mesc) -konditionerat medium (Mesc-CM) härstammar från serum (fetalt bovint serum, FBS) - och matar (mus embryonala fibroblaster, MEF) -fria förutsättningar för en cell -fri tillvägagångssätt. Det kan vara tillämplig för behandling av åldrande och åldersassocierade sjukdomar.
