Här beskriver vi en metod för att bestämma lipidkompositionen av neutrofiler, med betoning på kolesterolnivån, genom att använda både HPTLC och HPLC för att få en bättre förståelse för de underliggande mekanismerna för neutrofil extracellulär fälla bildning.
