Her beskriver vi en fremgangsmåte for å bestemme lipid sammensetningen av neutrofiler, med vekt på kolesterolnivået, ved å bruke både HPTLC og HPLC for å få en bedre forståelse av de underliggende mekanismene for nøytrofil ekstracellulær felle dannelse.
