Lipiden is bekend dat ze een belangrijke rol in cellulaire functies spelen. We beschrijven een werkwijze om de lipidesamenstelling van neutrofielen te bepalen, met de nadruk op het cholesterolgehalte, door zowel HPTLC en HPLC aan een beter begrip van de onderliggende mechanismen van neutrofielen extracellulaire val vorming krijgen.
