Vi beskriver en metode for generering av regulatoriske, minne og naive T-celler fra et enkelt menneske blodgiver. Polarisert Tregs kan deretter sammenlignes med andre undergrupper i en rekke genetiske og funksjonelle applikasjoner med genetisk homogenitet, inkludert en undertrykkelse analysen også beskrevet her.
