Denne protokollen beskriver en metode for isolering av nøytrofiler fra fullblod, buffy strøk eller leukaferesemembraner, oppnå godt utbytte, høy renhet og minimal celleaktivering. Vi bruker gradient rensing, rød blodcelle (RBC) sedimentering, og RBC lysis for å oppnå en høy kvalitet / renhet nøytrofil forberedelse.
