Denne protokol beskriver en metode til isolering af neutrofiler fra fuldblod, buffy frakker, eller leukaferse membraner, opnå godt udbytte, høj renhed, og minimal celle aktivering. Vi bruger gradient rensning, rød blodlegemer (RBC) sedimentering, og RBC lysis at opnå en høj kvalitet / renhed neutrophil forberedelse.
