Dit protocol presenteert de diavoorbereiding en geautomatiseerde scoring van de γ-H2AX foci assay op perifere bloedlymfocyten. Om de methode en gevoeligheid van de test te illustreren, werden geïsoleerde lymfocyten in vitrobestraald . Deze geautomatiseerde methode van DNA DSB-detectie is nuttig voor snelle en high-throughput biologische dosimetrietoepassingen.
