We beschrijven een model van heterotopische buikharttransplantatie bij ratten, wat wijzigingen van de huidige strategieën impliceert, die leiden tot een vereenvoudigde chirurgische aanpak. Daarnaast beschrijven we een nieuw afstotingsmodel door in-ear injectie van vitale hartspiercellen, waardoor verdere transplantatie immunologische analyses bij ratten mogelijk zijn.
