Vi præsenterer her, en protokol til at karakterisere nucleosome partikler på enkelt-molekyle niveau ved hjælp af statisk og time-lapse atomic force mikroskopi (AFM) imaging teknikker. Den beskrevne overflade functionalization metode giver mulighed for opsamling af strukturen og dynamikken i nucleosomes i høj opløsning på nanoplan.
