Målet med denne teknik er at forberede en yderst højberiget kultur af primær motoneurons (MNs) fra murine rygmarven. For at vurdere konsekvenserne af mutationer forårsager MN sygdomme, vi beskriver her isolation af disse isolerede MNs og deres Transfektion af magnetofection.
