Dit protocol beschrijft varkens myocardiaal infarct (MI)-model met een 90 min gesloten borst coronaire ballon occlusie van de LAD (LAD), gevolgd door reperfusie. Bovendien is het protocol voor meerdere uitkomstparameters, zoals hartfunctie, hemodynamica, microvasculaire weerstand en infarctgrootte, worden ook gepresenteerd.
