In vitro-analyser för att mäta virusreplikation har förbättrats avsevärt genom utveckling av rekombinanta RNA-virus som uttrycker luciferas eller andra enzymer som kan mareld. Här har vi detalj en high-throughput screening pipeline som kombinerar dessa rekombinanta stammar av mässling och chikungunya virus att isolera antivirala bredspektrum från kemiska bibliotek.
