Hier beschrijven we een in vivo mutagenese test voor kleine aantallen hematopoietische cellen gezuiverd met de Lacl transgene muismodel. De Lacl gen kan worden geïsoleerd om de frequentie, locatie en soort DNA mutanten spontaan ontstaan of na blootstelling aan genotoxinen bepalen.
