We beschrijven een protocol dat toelaat om en kwantitatief beoordelen van de morfologie van de dendritische structuur van afzonderlijke Purkinje cellen gekweekt in organotypische cerebellum slice culturen. Dit protocol is bedoeld om studies te bevorderen over de mechanismen van Purkinje cel dendritische ontwikkeling.
