Baroreflex er en hjertefrekvensreguleringsmekanisme af det autonome nervesystem som reaktion på blodtryksændringer. Vi beskriver en kirurgisk teknik til implantering af telemetrisendere til kontinuerlig og samtidig måling af elektrokardiogram og blodtryk hos mus. Dette kan bestemme spontan baroreflexfølsomhed, en vigtig prognostisk markør for hjerte-kar-sygdomme.
