Den mikroarray-baserede genekspressionsprofilering starter med isolering af totalRNA af høj kvalitet fra korn og fortsætter med genereringen af cDNA. Efter cRNA-mærkning og mikroarrayhybridisering gives der anbefalinger til signaldetektion og kvalitetskontrol.
