In dit artikel presenteren en bespreken we nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de synthese en toepassingen van nucleïnezuur micro arrays die in situ zijn gefabriceerd. Concreet laten we zien hoe de protocollen voor DNA-synthese kunnen worden uitgebreid naar RNA en hoe micro arrays kunnen worden gebruikt om opvraagbaar nucleïnezuur bibliotheken te creëren.
