Hier stellen wir eine modifizierte TGA-Methode zur Abschätzung des Ligningehalts in krautiger pflanzlicher Biomasse vor. Diese Methode schätzt den Ligningehalt durch Bildung spezifischer Thioetherbindungen mit Lignin und stellt einen Vorteil gegenüber der Klason-Methode dar, da sie eine relativ kleine Stichprobe für die Ligningehaltsschätzung erfordert.
