Het algemene doel van dit protocol is om instructies te geven over het meten van de capaciteit van antilichamen aanwezig in sera of plasma van individuen, van nature blootgesteld aan Plasmodium falciparum infectie, om fagocytose van de parasiet-geïnfecteerde erytrocyten (IEs) te opsoniseren en induceren.
