Vi beskriver en metode som kombinerer immunmagnetiske perler og fluorescensaktivert cellesortering for å isolere og analysere definerte immuncelleunderpopulasjoner av mononukleære celler i perifert blod (monocytter, CD4+ T-celler, CD8+ T-celler, B-celler og naturlige drepeceller). Ved hjelp av denne metoden kan magnetiske og fluorescerende merkede celler renses og analyseres.
