L’analyse ex vivo décrite dans cette étude à l’aide d’extraits d’homogénéisation intestinale et de taches d’immunofluorescence représente une nouvelle méthode pour examiner la morphogenèse hyphale de Candida albicans dans le tractus gastro-intestinal. Cette méthode peut être utilisée pour étudier les signaux environnementaux régulant la transition morphogenétique dans l’intestin.
