Het doel van deze techniek is ex vivo visualisatie van longslagaderlijke netwerken van vroege postnatale en volwassen muizen door middel van longinflatie en injectie van een radio-ondoorzichtige polymeer-gebaseerde verbinding via de longslagader. Mogelijke toepassingen voor gegoten weefsels worden ook besproken.
