Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het opsporen van tumor somatische mutaties in het Circulerend DNA dat aanwezig is in patiënt biologische vloeistoffen (biovloeistoffen). Onze druppel digitale polymerase kettingreactie (dpcr)-gebaseerde methode maakt kwantificering van de tumor mutatie allel Frequency (MAF) mogelijk, waardoor een minimaal invasieve aanvulling op de diagnose en temporele monitoring van de tumorrespons wordt vergemakkelijkt.
