Vi beskriver en standardantikroppsfärgningsprotokollet för användning i mikroskopi för att bestämma membran uttryck och lokalisering av gangliosider i vilande och aktiverade humana naiva CD4 + T-celler. Också beskrivet är realtids-PCR experiment med <40.000 celler som inte kräver ytterligare låga ingångs RNA kit.
