Vi beskriver en standard antistoffarging protokoll for bruk ved mikroskopi for å bestemme membranen ekspresjon og lokalisering av gangliosider i hvilende og aktiverte humane naive CD4 + T-celler. Det er også beskrevet real-time PCR eksperimenter ved hjelp av <40000 celler som ikke krever ekstra lave innspill RNA kits.
