Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll für die Synthese von magneto-Plasmonen-Nanopartikel mit einem starken magnetischen Moments und einer starken Nah-Infrarot (NIR)-Absorption. Das Protokoll schließt auch Antikörper-Konjugation in den Nanopartikeln durch die Fc-Teil für verschiedene biomedizinische Anwendungen, die Molekular spezifisches Targeting erforderlich.
