Génération des lymphocytes T à partir de cellules souches pluripotentes induites (iPS) donne une approche alternative de l'utilisation de cellules souches embryonnaires à des cellules T à base d'immunothérapie. Procédé montre que, en utilisant soit<em> In vitro</em> Ou<em> In vivo</emSystème d'induction>, les cellules iPS peuvent se différencier en lymphocytes T à la fois classiques et spécifiques de l'antigène.
