Germ-free (GF) Artemia Nauplii Preparation For Chronic GF Zebrafish Nutrition:1. Obtain 0.25 Grams Of Artemia Cysts And Rinse Them With 2.4 Grams Per Liter Sodium Hypochlorite For 5 Minutes.2. Filter The Rinsed Cysts With A Sterilized Ultra-dense Filter And Wash With Sterilized Ultrapure Water For 1-2 Minutes.3. After 3 Washes
Transfer The Cysts To 100 Milliliters Of 2.5% Sterile Saline And Mix Well.4. Pack 50 Milliliters Of The Treated Artemia Cyst Mix Into A Sterile 100-milliliter Bottle
Seal It Thoroughly With A Film
And Place It In A Shaking Incubator With Light.5. Extract 30 Milliliters Of Hatching Artemia Nauplii From The Middle And Lower Layers Using A Pasteur Pipette.6. Filter And Wash The Artemia 3 Times With Sterile Ultrapure Water For About 1 Minute
And Add 4 Milliliters Of Sterile Ultrapure Water.7. Retrieve Actively Swimming Artemia From The Upper Layer Using A Disposable Pasteur Pipette

And Prepare The Solution For Feeding.8. Microscopic Observation Co
