In this video, we describe the implantation of cancer cells onto a chicken chorioallantoic membrane to generate an videodan ovo model. The model successfully engrafts the ovarian cancer cells to study the progression of gynecological cancer.
Protocol
All procedures involving animal models have been reviewed by the local institutional animal care committee and the JoVE veterinary review board. 1.
