Single molecule RNA fluorescentie in situ hybridisatie (smFISH) is een methode om niveaus en lokalisatie van specifieke RNA's op het niveau van één cel nauwkeurig te kwantificeren. Hier rapporteren we onze gevalideerde laboratoriumprotocollen voor natte-bench verwerking, beeldvorming en beeldanalyse voor eencellige kwantificering van specifieke RNA's.
