Enkeltmolekyle RNA fluorescens in situ hybridisering (smFISH) er en metode til præcist kvantificering niveauer og lokalisering af specifikke RNA'er på enkelt celleniveau. Her rapporterer vi vores validerede laboratorieprotokoller til vådbænkbehandling, billedbehandling og billedanalyse til kvantificering af enkeltcellede kvantificering af specifikke RNA'er.
