Bij deze methode zijn embryonale cardiale weefsels chirurgisch microdissected, losgekoppeld, fluorescently label en host embryonale weefsels ingeplant. Dit biedt een platform voor het bestuderen van de individu of weefsel niveau developmental organisatie onder ectopische hemodynamische voorwaarden en/of veranderde omgevingen van de paracrine/juxtacrine.
