Protokollen beskriver intubere voksen zebrafisk med en biologiske; derefter dissekere og forberede flowcytometri, Konfokal mikroskopi og qPCR tarmen. Denne metode tillader administration af bioaktive stoffer til at overvåge tarmens optagelse og den lokale immun stimulus fremkaldt. Det er relevant for afprøvning intestinal dynamikken i mundtlig forebyggelse.
