Presenteren we een techniek voor contactloze micromanipulation van blaasjes, met behulp van de gelokaliseerde calcium ion verlopen. Microinjection van een calcium Ionenoplossing, in de nabijheid van een gigantische lipide blaasje, is gebruikt om het remodelleren van het lipide membraan, wat resulteert in de productie van membraan buisvormige uitsteeksels.
