Hier beschrijven we een methode om te isoleren en te zuiveren van dendritische cellen uit verschillende anatomische compartimenten in de menselijke vrouwelijke voortplantingssysteem voor de evaluatie van hun phenotypical en functionele kenmerken. Deze methode kan worden aangepast aan het isoleren van andere immune cellen of van dendritische cellen uit andere mucosal weefsels.
