Hier das Protokoll beschreibt die Wechselwirkungen von gereinigten hEAG1 Ionen-Kanal-Protein mit niedermolekularer Lipid Liganden Phosphatidylinositol 4, 5-Bisphosphate (PIP-2). Die Messung zeigt, dass BLI eine mögliche Methode für neue kleine Molekül-Ion Channel Liganden Screening werden könnte.
