Her præsenterer vi en metode til direkte måling af transfer RNA opladning niveauer fra renset Escherichia coli RNA samt en måde at sammenligne relative niveauer af transfer RNA eller nogen andre korte RNA, på tværs af forskellige prøver baseret på tilsætning af spike-i celler, der udtrykker en reference genet.
