We rapporteren twee celsynchronisatieprotocollen die een context bieden voor het bestuderen van gebeurtenissen die verband houden met specifieke fasen van de celcyclus. We tonen aan dat deze aanpak nuttig is voor het analyseren van de regulering van specifieke genen in een ongeblokkeerde celcyclus of bij blootstelling aan agens die de celcyclus beïnvloeden.
