Vi præsenterer her, humane pluripotente stamceller (hPSC) kultur protokoller, bruges til at differentiere hPSCs i CD34+ hæmatopoietisk stamfaderen. Denne metode bruger fase-specifikke manipulation af canonical WNT signalering til at angive celler udelukkende til enten det endelige eller primitive hæmatopoietisk program.
