Een procedure voor de isolatie van EOB-DTPA en daaropvolgende complexering met natuurlijke Ga (III) en 68Ga wordt hierin voorgesteld, alsmede een grondige analyse van verbindingen en onderzoek op labelingsefficiëntie in vitro stabiliteit en n- octanol / water verdelingscoëfficiënt van het radiogelabelde complex.
