توضح هذه المقالة لأول مرة إجراء لعزل الخلايا البطانية الإنسان من عروق السري ثم يوضح كيفية استخدام هذه الخلايا لدراسة هجرة العدلات في ظل ظروف التدفق. باستخدام غرفة تدفق كميات قليلة مصنوعة من البوليمر مع الخصائص البصرية للزجاج، ويعيش خلية التصوير فلوري للسكان الخلية نادر ممكن أيضا.
