Dies ist eine Methode zur Leukozyten-Adhäsion an das Endothel in geerntet Druckbehälter zu visualisieren. Die Technik ermöglicht das Studium vaskulären Haftung unter Scherströmung mit unterschiedlichen intraluminale Drücke bis 200 mmHg damit nachahmen-Ing den pathophysiologischen Bedingungen des hohen Blutdrucks.
