La chirurgie stéréotaxique pour cibler les sites cérébraux chez la souris implique généralement un accès par les os du crâne et est guidée par des repères du crâne. Nous décrivons ici une approche stéréotaxique alternative pour cibler le tronc cérébral caudal et la moelle épinière cervicale supérieure via la cisterna magna qui repose sur la visualisation directe des repères du tronc cérébral.
