Deze methode beschrijft een op lectine gebaseerde in vitro sedimentatietest om de bindingsaffiniteit van glucaanfosfatase en amylopectine te kwantificeren. Deze co-sedimentatietest is betrouwbaar voor het meten van glucaanfosfatasesubstraatbinding en kan worden toegepast op verschillende opgeloste glucaansubstraten.
