Nåværende metoder for å analysere den intracellulære dynamikken til polariserte enkeltceller er ofte manuelle og mangler standardisering. Dette manuskriptet introduserer en ny bildeanalysepipeline for automatisering av midtlinjeekstraksjon av enkeltpolariserte celler og kvantifisering av spatiotemporal oppførsel fra tidsforløp i et brukervennlig online grensesnitt.
