Denne protokol beskriver en metode til isolering af antigen-præsenterende celler fra human thymus via forskellige trin af enzymatisk spaltning af vævet efterfulgt af densitetscentrifugering af enkelt cellesuspension og endelig magnetiske og / eller FACS-sortering af cellepopulationer af interesse.
