Dit protocol beschrijft methoden voor het uitvoeren van magnetische resonantie beeldvorming, clearing en immunolabeling van intacte muizenhersenen met behulp van iDISCO +, gevolgd door een gedetailleerde beschrijving van beeldvorming met behulp van light-sheet microscopie en downstream analyses met behulp van NuMorph.
