Vi beskriver ett protokoll för att omprogrammera mänskliga huden-härledda fibroblaster till inducerad neuronal stamceller (iNPC) och deras efterföljande differentiering till inducerad Astrocytes (IAs). Denna metod leder till snabb och reproducerbar generering av iNPC:er och iAs i stora mängder.
